1. Navigate to Analisis > Manage Lists
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions
  3. Click the List Templates tab
  4. In Template Category select Admission > View/Copy Candidate/Student Contracts
  5. Select Select Objects:
  6. Expand Constituent Information and select the following objects:
    • User Role
    • User Base
    • User Register
    • School Year
    • Parent/Child Relationship
    • User Base and tie it to the Parent/Child relationship patent
  7. Expand Admissions and select the following objects:
    • Candidate
    • Contract
    • Contract Type
  8. Select Display Fields
  9. Click Select Fields
  10. Expand User Base and mark the following fields:
  11. First Name
  12. Last Name
  13. Expand Candidate > Contract and mark the following fields:
    • School Year
    • Payment Plan
    • Contract Type
  14. Expand Parent/child Relationship > User Base [1]
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • E-Mail
  15. Select Filters:
  16. Click + to add the following Global Filters:
    • Contract.Payment Plan any of Annual, Semi-Annual
    • Contract.School Year any of [school year]
    • User Role.Role any of Student
  17. Click + to add the following Object Filter:
    • School Year.School Year any of [school year]
  18. Name the list 
  19. Save & Exit
