If a Student is marked Not Returning on their Contract but they are still showing as Returning on the Contract Status Report, please check to make sure a Not Returning Confirmed By Date has been added for that Student. To check this:
  1. Go into > Enrollment Management > People Finder
  2. Search for the Student
  3. Select Contracts
  4. Edit their Contract
  5. Add a Date for the Not Returning Confirmed By Date:

  1. Click Save
Once you add the Not Returning Confirmed Date, on the Contract Status Report, under Returning, it will say No instead of Yes.
