Requirements tab will not load for student records in BBSIS

When viewing the requirements tab for students' records in BBSIS, users may notice the tab does not load any information.

We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. In the meantime, try the steps below:



1. Go to Registrar's Office -> Configuration.

2. In Business Rules, select Degree Audits.

3. Change the value in "GPA Calculation to use when displaying requirements:" dropdown. Then change the value back to the initial one.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Records > Students> Open for the preferred student.
  2. Click the requirements tab of the record.
