Error: 404 file not found - When opening an image folder in the image library folder

When opening an image or directory in the image library, you may receive runtime or 404 file not found error. The error does not occur consistently and seems to present itself at random even for the same action.

Alternatively, you may see the following error in the logs after performing the function outlined in Steps to Duplicate:

22.72727223467237 is not a valid value for Int32.
Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown.

This may be caused by the zoom feature on either your browser or Operating system. Pressing Ctrl + 0 on your keyboard will return the default zoom.

This may be caused by the file size of the image being too large. Check size and scale down if necessary.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Navigate to Site Explorer>Image Library
  2. Select a folder, or directory, from the left hand side
  3. Alternatively, click to open or view an image within a folder
  4. Intermittently, you receive a 404 error
