1. Navigate to Analysis > Manage Lists.
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions.
  3. Click the List Templates tab.
  4. From the Category drop down, select Admission.
  5. Across from Candidate Checklist, click View/Copy.
  6. In the Display Fields tab, select Enable group options in the top-left.
  7. In the Filters tab, add these Global Filters:
    • Candidate Checklist Item.date_due is before today.User-added image
    • Candidate Checklist Item.date_completed is null.
    • Candidate Entering Year is any of #### - ####.
  8. Enter a Name for your list (required).
  9. Assign your list to a list category or create a new category (optional).
  10. Click Save.
  11. Click Preview to view the results.
