When you click the Preview Messages button, if you not see the Salutation field populated, check the following for the candidate and parent of candidate in their Contact Card's address:

  • Make sure you populate the Salutation fields
  • Select the Mailing Address check box

To edit the address:
  1. Locate the user under People Finder (available in Core, Enrollment Management, and Academics).
  2. Search for and select the user.
  3. Click on their Contact Card.
  4. Scroll down to the Address and click the pencil icon to edit it.
  5. Fill in all the Salutation fields.
  6. Check the Mailing Address.
