To create the Advanced List, navigate to:
  1. Navigate to Analysis> Manage Lists
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions
  3. Click the List Templates tab
  4. In the Category dropdown, select Admissions
  5. Click View/Copy next to Candidate Information
  6. Within Select Objects, expand Admission
  7. Select Candidate Recommendation
  8. Select Recommendation Type
  9. Select the Display Fields Tab
  10. Click Select Fields
  11. Expand User Base > Candidate > Candidate Recommendation and mark Recommendation Date, Recommender Name, and Email Address
  12. Expand Recommendation Type and mark Recommendation Type
  13. Click Select
  14. If you only want to display a specific entering year, Select the Filters Tab
  15. Click + to add a Global Filter of Candidate. Entering year is and for example 2017-2018
  16. Name the List and place into a Category if desired
  17. Click Save or Save & Exit
