When viewing emails sent in BBIS, you may see that the transaction numbers state "0" but when opening the transactions we can see a list of numbers"xxx" that have sent. The two numbers may not match up between the transaction numbers and the list. . Also, when comparing these to the marketing effort in CRM, you may see a number of xxx, that is different then number xxx in the transaction list.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
Steps to Duplicate
To see the 0 transactions in BBIS:
1. Log into BBIS 2. Go to Emails > Messages 3. Click on the Stats icon 4. Click the 0 under Transactions 5. This displays a list of transactions - which means the number should not be displaying 0.
