When using Diamond Mind, EFT and Credit cards are technically handled through two different systems and authenticate differently:
  • Credit Cards: Authenticate using the API key
  • EFT Payments: Authenticate using the Account Login and Password
If you're Credit Card payments are going through correctly but EFT payments are failing, contact Diamond Mind and verify your credentials and then re-enter your Account Login and Password within the App.
