User's information was changed, but no changes show in Profile Changes

Note: As of July 9, 2018, Blackbaud’s School Management solutions (which include Core, onBoard, onCampus, onMessage, and onRecord) are utilizing a new top level navigation. When investigating how a user's information may have been changed, the Profile Changes on their profile does not show any modifications made.
This could be due to a recent Data Refresh being performed. Because the changes are happening on the back-end instead of through the application itself, the changes will not display here. If a field has been removed and a data refresh was recently performed, check the processed file for any blank fields. If these are found, be sure to correct the database where the information was pulled from to prevent this from being changed the next time a refresh is performed.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Core > Users/Access > Profile.
  2. Select Edit User Profile Data.
  3. Search for and select the user.
  4. Click Profile Changes in the System Information panel.
  5. See no changes are listed with regards to the information being changed.
