This behavior may come about if your form is set to Inactive, however we can usually run a task that will mark the form accessible once more. If your applicant receives a message stating that their form is inaccessible, please contact Blackbaud Customer Support at 877-704-3343 between Monday and Friday, 8:30am-8:00pm EST or create a case in Case Central,  so that we can take action to correct this behavior.
