I am building a Request search for an auditor and I want to be sure to display data regarding the Organization that the Request is made for - specifically the ID # of the Organization to reduce confusion. How can I include this in my Request search/view?
To include an Organization ID in a View, take the following steps;
1. From the Dashboard, conduct your Request search 2. Once results appear in the workspace, click the folder icon in the bottom-middle of the workspace next to the View: dropdown 3. The Change Display window will appear > Click the dropdown at top left to choose Grantee Organization 4. In the menu below the dropdown will appear a list of available columns > Scroll down to find the column called 'ID' > Highlight 'ID' and click the 'Include' button 5. Click 'Apply' > The new View will now display the Organization ID in the View
These steps can be followed to add any column to a View, depending on the records being searched on.
