After we select a Gift Type in eTapestry, the database prompts us with a list of fields specific to that payment method. Some of these fields have a red asterisk, indicating that they are required.
The Gift Types fields are hard-coded into the database so we cannot change, remove, or delete the fields for each payment method. While we cannot change the required fields for each Gift Type, if you need to track additional information about the payment method or if you have different Gift Types you'd like to track, we can create User Defined Fields.
