You need to make a participant a Sphere user so that they may have access to the backend of Sphere.
(example: You have a supporter that works for your organization and needs access to the backend of Sphere).
1. Navigate to Control > Administration > Organization Setup > Manage Users 2. Click New 3. Click Search for existing Account Contact 4. Select Existing contacts in this account 5. Search for the participant username 6. Select the login name 7. Fill out all other required fields for the new user 8. Click Save
