Do all tickets that get printed from Altru have to be the same size or does Altru recognize when a custom ticket template is a different size than the default ticket template? We have a ticket printer that prints on a 3x3 sticker. Is there a way to change the configuration to a 3x3 size and not a rectangular ticket?
There is not a way to set up a ticket template in Altru outside of the default size. The ticket templates are designed to print on standard 5.5" x 2” ticket stock. If a ticket template is uploaded at a different size, Altru may cut off part of the ticket when printing or try and resize the template to fit which could cause issues when printing.
