When looking at an Email Report in BBIS, you might notice that the number of clicks shown in the Honeycomb is different than the number shown when opening the Message clicks window.
Download and install the latest Service Pack which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
Steps to Duplicate
1) Login to BBIS and navigate to Email > Messages > Select an email message 2) In the Honeycomb Report, notice that the number of clicks shows one value 3) Open the message clicks window 4) Notice that the number of message clicks in that window/the exported csv is different than the value shown in the report.
