We have received reports that emails are generating the incorrect link which is being sent to applicants. The issue is triggered by any email templates that contain the «Account_Login_URL» merge field. Typically the following templates have this merge field:
  • New Account
  • Password Update
  • Password Reminder
We have logged an issue for our developers to correct this. 

In the meantime, you can put the correct URL in your message which you are prompted to edit when sending an application/requirement out for resubmission. 

https:///SID_2276?SA=AM  is the incorrect format

https://grantrequest.com/SID_2276?SA=AM is the correct format

Note: 2276 is an IGAM site ID for a test site. You should be putting in your own IGAM Site ID to your URL

You can find your IGAM SID by doing the following:

1. From your dashboard Launch > Applications > Forms Manager
2. Settings > View My Account URL
3. Where you see SID_# - the number after the underscore is your IGAM Site ID

To edit your email templates. do the following:

1. From your dashboard Launch > Applications > Forms Manager
2. Settings > Email
3. Select the pertinent email templates and remove the merge field causing the issue. Replace it with your account URL
