This message is occurring because there are issues with one or more images in the template. This can occur if the image has been moved or deleted. It can also occur if the image is in a non-image format, such as PDF. When this message occurs:
  1. Click on Communications at the top.
  2. Click on the appropriate category or Manage Communications to list all.
  3. Navigate to the desired template and click on its name.
  4. Review the template to ensure that all images are previewing.

If an image is not showing, look for an icon like this:  User-added image This indicates that the file is missing, moved, or been renamed. It can also indicate a file that is not in a suitable format for the template. Try the following to help address this:

Add the image again:
  1. Click on the image icon.
  2. Press Delete.
  3. Re-add the image to the template.

Ensure the image is the correct graphic format:
  1. Right click on the icon.
  2. Select Insert Image.
  3. On the Insert/edit image screen, click on the General tab.
  4. Put the cursor in the Source field. Scroll to the end.
  5. Ensure the format is JPG, JPEG, or PNG -- if it's any other, delete the file and re-add the image as one of these formats. If the file format is one of these, delete the image and add it again.

Make sure the file is visible:
  1. Right click on the icon / image.
  2. Select Insert Image.
  3. On the Insert/edit image screen, click on the General tab.
  4. Put the cursor in the Source field.
  5. Press CTRL and A (select all).
  6. Press CTRL and C (copy).
  7. Start a new browser window/tab and put the cursor in the address bar.
  8. Press CTRL and V (paste).
  9. Press Enter/Return.
  10. If the image is a suitable format, then it should display in the browser. If you see an error, such as one with "404" in it, the file is not in a graphic file format.
