There are a few options to remove an event from NetCommunity.

To set an event form to automatically expire at a certain time:

  1. Edit the event page.
  2. Click the gear icon next to the event registration form part.
  3. Select edit.
  4. Select the properties tab.
  5. Mark the scheduled publishing checkbox and enter a start and end date to display the part on the page.
  6. Save.


To block user access to the page:

  1. Edit the event page.
  2. Click the page properties button.
  3. Select the targeting and security tab.
  4. Unmark the view checkbox next to everyone.
  5. Save.
To remove the event form from the page:
  1. Edit the event page.
  2. Click the gear icon next to the event registration form part.
  3. Select cut to remove the part from the page.
