Under certain circumstances a family may need to stop a payment for one month. This can be done so from the family account, but only for the upcoming month's payment.
To stop an automatic withdrawal for the upcoming payment:
1. Go to the family's main landing page 2. Hover over the blue tab on the left side 3. Go to More Options > Automatic Debit Settings 4. Select Next Payment > Enter required red highlighted field 5. Click Confirm
