Wealth and Ratings page does not load after installing Service Pack 14

After installing Service Pack 14, users who are not System Administrators are unable to load the Wealth and Ratings page.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

This is the workaround (deleting the problem section):
  1. Go to the wealth/ratings page as a sys admin
  2. In design mode click edit tabs
  3. Under biographical information find the relationships tab, highlight, click edit
  4. Click on the ellipses for sections
  5. You will see a section called ‘RE Solicitors’ – highlight it and remove it
Exceptions: Do not use this workaround if your organization uses solicitor data from Raisers Edge.

Steps to Duplicate

1) A user who is not a System Administrator opens a Constituent record
2)  The user clicks the Wealth and Ratings link on the left.
3) The page does not load, the this message is shown: "The specified page could not be loaded. You must specify a valid data list ID."
