If you receive the error "Value was either too large or too small for an unsigned byte" when you open an Application form to edit it, please reach out to Blackbaud Customer Support at 877-704-3343 between Monday and Friday, 8:30am-8:00pm EST or create a case through Case Central as soon as you are able. Most likely, there is a client-set value on a small-number field that is greater than 255, which can cause the field to break. Once you reach out, we can assess the form and determine if this is true before taking necessary action.
