Columns in directory are incorrectly updated if new attributes or contact entries are added to Education Edge Tables

If a student, faculty, or family directory is run with contact numbers or attributes included in the columns tab, the column information will be incorrectly updated if new attributes or phone types are added to the database. This occurs even when the column header selecting retains the original column selection.    
To correct this issue, the directory report will need to be re-created from scratch. 

Steps to Duplicate

 
  1. Within Education Edge, navigate to Reports> Directories and Lists> Student Directory, open a saved parameter
  2. Preview the report. -->The report is displaying correctly.
  3. Navigate to Configuration> Attributes> Highlight Students.
  4. Add a new attribute and browse back out of the section to save.
  5. Navigate back to Reports> Directories and Lists> Student Directory, and Preview the report again. -->Note that the information in the columns is no longer displaying correctly, even though the header remains correct.
