Email phone type not updating on mini donation form

When a gift comes in from a Blackbaud Netcommunity website from a mini donation form part to The Raiser's Edge, the email phone type may not be the type set at Administration > Sites & settings > Phone type mapping in NetCommunity.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

If you are using the mini donation form, the correct email (phone) type can be set up to download correctly as follows:
  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge
  2. Navigate to Config > Tables > Phone Type
  3. Click on the desired email (phone) type
  4. Use the arrows above the table to move the desired email (phone) type to the first value on the table
  5. Click on another Raiser's Edge menu function to save the change (Query, Reports, etc.)
  6. Log into NetCommunity
  7. Navigate to Administration > Code tables
  8. Click Refresh
