Error: "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable" OR Error: "The webpage cannot be found" - When using the OLAP Explorer in 4.0 SP14 and SP15

When going to the OLAP Explorer in 4.0 Service Pack 14, you might encounter one of the following the errors, depending on the browser.

"The webpage cannot be found" or "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable".

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Note: If you are still encountered this error after upgrading to Service Pack 16 or later, search the CRM web.config file for the value "OPTIONSVerbHandler". There are likely to be two occurrences of this value in the file. Under the <httpHandlers> section of the file, make sure that the value <remove name="OPTIONSVerbHandler" /> is commented out, as seen below. You do not need to comment out the same value under the <handlers> section.
