If a student was imported into the system and not brought in through onBoard they do not have an official Candidate Profile and it will not be possible to add a School to the user in onBoard.

An alternative to this is instead of adding this information in onBoard this information can be added to Core as a transfer school enrollment row. This can be done by doing the following:
  1. Navigate to Core > Users > Edit User Profile Data Tab
  2. Search for the Student
  3. Click into the student profile and scroll down to the System Information tile
  4. Click on Student Enrollment to edit into the Student's Enrollment Rows
  5. Click "Enroll in Transfer"
  6. Select the Transfer School, the School Year, and the Grade they were enrolled in as well as an Enroll and Depart Date
  7. Click Save & Exit
