Donor Central NXT Users do not Receive Password Reset Emails or other Automated Emails

When a donor submits a request to reset their password, submits a grant recommendation or registers for the Donor Central NXT site they should receive automatic emails. Some donors are not receiving automatic emails and have checked their Spam and Junk folders to make sure that the emails are not there. This only occurs for some donors, not all.
This is typically caused by the email being blocked on the donor's end before it reaches their email provider. To resolve the email address from which Donor Central sends the emails will need to be un-blocked on the donor's side.
