When batch printing tickets that haven't been printed before you get the following error: The selected tickets have already been printed. You can reprint the tickets from the sales order or Batch Print Tickets screen. You get an error when batch printing tickets. Cannot batch print tickets
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. Until this is resolved use the following steps to edit the end time of your event so you can print your tickets: 
  1. Go to Events Program Search
  2. Find your Program
  3. Go to Event List
  4. Select Event you're printing for
  5. Click Edit under Tasks
  6. Set end time to 11:59pm or earlier

Steps to Duplicate

Create the program
  1. Go to Events > Add
  2. Create a Scheduled Program 
  3. On the calendar click Add Events
  4. Add an event with an end time of 1am (or any time after 11:59pm)
  5. Go to the Tickets tab
  6. Click Add
  7. Select Default Ticket Template
Sell the tickets
  1.  Go to Sales > Daily Sales
  2. Click Scheduled Programs and add program to cart
  3. Select Will Call as delivery method
  4. Complete transaction
Print the Tickets
  1. Go to Sales > Batch Print Tickets
  2. Select All deffered print methods to print tickets and select events
  3. Click Start Printing
