CRM activities not Synching to FIMS Contacts

Profile activities in CRM are not synching to FIMS even though both the manual and scheduled sync tasks are completing without error.
This issue was caused by the FIMS Profile ID field not being populated on the activity record in CRM.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Initiate a manual sync by going to Tools\System Utilities\FIMS CRM\Sync to FIMS CRM to run the manual sync and wait for it to say CRM sync to completed.
2. Note that after the manual sync takes place the profile activities in question have not synched over to FIMS
3. Wait for the scheduled FIMS to CRM task to run on the server and see that it runs successfully
4. Note that after the scheduled sync that the profile activities in question does not sync to FIMS
