I can't edit the number of guest passes issued

When editing the number of guess passes under the benefits tab of a payment record that quantity changed does not change the number of issued guest passes on the constituents record under the guest passes tab
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

Assign a guest pass benefit to the Membership
  1. Click on the Memberships tab at the top of Altru > click on the name of the membership program
  2. Click on the benefits tab > Click edit
  3. Add the system generated guest pass benefit to the desired membership level
  4. Click save

Make a membership purchase to a membership that has the guest pass benefit
  1. Click Constituents > Constituent search
  2. Search for and select the constituent
  3. Click the add membership link in the upper left hand corner of the screen
  4. In the What are they paying for section choose the membership program, level, and term
  5. Click Save to complete the transaction
Edit the Guest Pass Benefit
  1. On the membership record scroll down until you find the Benefits and sent items tab
  2. Click on the System-Generated Guest pass benefit
  3. Click on the benefits tab of the payment record > click edit benefits
  4. Adjust the quantity of the Guest pass benefit and click save
Go back to the Constituent record and view the guest passes
  1. Click Constituents > Constituent Search
  2. Search for and select the Constituent
  3. Click on the Guest passes tab
  4. Review the guest passes
