Why is our Percent GPA not showing on Transcripts?

Our Transcript is set to show our LGPA Year/Cumulative (which is our Percent GPA) but it is not appearing on the transcript.

If the Term and YTD values are not being generated, this may be because you do not have a grade plan for the single term courses selected in the grade average calculation. Once a grade plan is added to the calculation and you re-run the calculation, the Term and YTD values will be generated. If you can add this in through:

Academics > Grades > Grading Setup > Calculations
Edit the Grade Average Calculation
Click on Grade Plans
Expand the 2017-2018 1st and 2nd Semester
Select the Grade plans for the single term classes
Save

These should now show up in your calculations.
