Luminate Payments Incident - 2/11/2018 - #2018021101

Users are reporting failed transactions or transaction errors through Luminate Online and BBMS.
Impact to users:
  • Users and admins are unable to submit transactions through BBMS.

Workaround:
  • None

Resolved: This incident was closed on 2/12/18 at 1:39AM EST and impact to users was mitigated. 
  • Link ALL related cases to this KB
  • Status.blackbaud.com has been updated

Steps to Duplicate

  • Log into a Luminate Online site
  • Attempt to process a transaction through BBMS
