Error The Process Cannot Access the File npo found eAdvisor dn master txt because it is being used by another process when the Donor Central Upload Process Runs

When the daily FIMS\Donor Central data upload takes place, the error "The Process Cannot Access the File C:\npo\found\eAdviso. dn_master.txt' because it is being used by another process can occur. This is seen after noting that the daily Donor Central sync task did not take place and the error is noted in \npo\found\eAdvisor\FTP in the DC Transfer log.
The solution was to restart the server so that all file locks could be released, after that the Donor Central task completed successfully and the data was uploaded to Donor Central.
