Notification isn't sent when AddressFinder and Deceased results files are ready for download

After completing step 2 in an AddressFinder or DeceasedRecorderFinder process a notification is never sent when the results are ready for download in Step 3 as specified in the product on the Add AddressFinder Process window.
 Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
