How to Upload Documents to An Application?

Documents can be uploaded by a school administrator with Advanced School User settings.
  1. Log into your Smart Aid and navigate to the Application Details of a particular application.
  2. Navigate to the DOCUMENTS tab by hovering over the Blue tab on the left of your screen.
  3. Select the appropriate document type on the left of the DOCUMENTS screen and attach the file from your local computer.
  4. Once selected, click upload.
CAUTION:  Once a file is uploaded it cannot be removed without written request to Parent Support.
