Begin your query:

  1. Navigate to Analysis > Information library
  2. Click Add an ad-hoc query
  3. Select source view of Constituents and click OK


Add fields to Include records where

  1. In the left column, select Origination. From the middle, drag Origin into Include records where. Set Equal to WebForms.
  2. (Optional) To only see Active records: In the left column select Constituents. From the middle column, drag Inactive into Include records where. Set Equal to No.(Optional)
  3. (Optional) To remove any records marked as deceased: In the left column select Constituents. From the middle column, drag Deceased into Include records where. Set equal to No.


Add fields to Results fields to display:

  1. Name is already included in Results by default with a Constituent source view
  2. To see Lookup ID: In the left column, select Constituents. From the middle, drag Lookup ID into Results fields to display.
  3. To see date record was added: In the left column, select Origination. From the middle within System fields, drag Date Added to Results fields to display.


Save your query:

  1. Click Set save options tab
  2. Name the query
  3. Save and Close
