You may request a PDF enrollment form by contacting support, if you have families that do not have access to the online enrollment site. Please include the following in your request:
- the school year
- any changes to your payment plans, due dates or payment methods
- allow 3-5 business days for processing
Completed applications can be manually entered under the Add a New Family tab under Enrollment. Be sure you enter the application in the correct school year.
