Notes are not appearing when clicking on the "Notes" metric in the "Notes and Actions" tile on Constituent record. If users click through the 4 tabs on the Notes and Actions panel, they can see some of the notes saved on the Constituent record. Users can view the actions saved on the Constituent record when click on the Action metric.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
On a Constituent record, navigate to the Notes and Actions tab
Notice there is a metric of X Notes and Y Actions
Click on the Notes metric
Notes list appears with 0 results
Click the filter icon
Click Clear filters
Navigate back to the Notes and Actions tile on the Constituent record
