You have added new users to NetCommunity from Raiser's Edge via a user import or from Education Edge via the Add Users utility . When the new user attempts to reset their password and clicks submit, they may encounter a runtime/server error.
I am getting a server error when resetting a password for a user. Server error resetting password for a user added with import or Add Users utility.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. In the interim, we recommend adding users through the new user registration form.
