1.) Go to Records > Appeals
( If you have not yet done so, create an appeal using these steps: How to create appeals, add appeals to records, and track the success of appeals).
2.) Select the Packages tab
3.) Click New Package
4.) Fill out the required information on the General tab and then navigate to the Attributes tab.
5.) Proceed to fill out the attribute information.
6.) Save and Close.

*Note- If you do not see the Attribute category that you wish to add, then you must add it. You can do so by going to Config> Attributes and then highlight the category in which you need to add the attribute to. Once it has been added here, ensure that you check active, so that the newly added attribute will show up in your category list.
