When reviewing the FIMS to FIMS CRM sync logs, the following error is noted:
"(contact)(contact id number)Batch#: Record#: - Field:- Message: A workflow or approval field update caused an error when saving this record. Contact your administrator to resolve it. Subject: data value too large.(text of contact activity that occurred).....(max length=255)[CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY]"
