Error messaging not appearing on secure payment page when submitting payment with invalid credit card number.

When donating from the secure payment page entering an invalid credit card number should generate the error “Please enter a valid card number.” Using an incorrect card or invalid number of card characters is not generating the error in some environments.
This issue was caused by the site design of the reporting client, who had wrapped the validation message in a Div with "display: none;".  To address the issue, the styles must be updated by a web developer.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create or use an existing donation form on a blank template and page.
2. Link the donation form to a Payment 2.0 part also on a blank page.
3. Populate the required information for donation until you reach the secure payment page.
4. From the secure payment page populate all fields with information including the credit card expiration and CSC. Enter an invalid credit card number. You can use less than the required characters for easy testing.
5. Click Complete Payment, not no error is generated.
