Schools using Smart Aid need to plan for the coming year and need to know when we roll forward to the new application cycle.
Smart Aid offers only one application, for one year, at a time. Therefore there must be set time where we roll forward to the new year. This occurs each fall in early October, on the first, or as near to it as possible. At this time the school's account will show the applicant list for the new year as the default view, and parents will apply using the application for the coming academic year.
