Once using the enhanced version of Blackbaud Merchant Services, your organization’s transactions will appear differently to your constituents’ card-issuing banks. While this will not impact the vast majority of transactions, it could result in some transaction declines for recurring gifts that use credit cards with expired or otherwise outdated cardholder information. Note: As we prepare your BBMS account for the upgrade, you may receive an email with “BBMS Disbursement Account” in the subject line indicating we have successfully validated your bank account and that funds will be disbursed during the next payment cycle. Please disregard this email as there is no action required of you. Your account remains active and your payments and disbursements will not be impacted.
