Some results are missing when exporting Form data by specific date range

When I export Form data from Site Explorer > Forms, some replies submitted are missing. They came in (their date submitted is) on the end date of the Specific date range when I set up the Export/Print. Why is some data missing when I export forms from NetCommunity?
When setting the Specific date range filters, the date fields behave in the following ways:
  • Date From -- The date entered will be included in the search. The Date From means "starting on and including this date."
  • Date To -- The date entered is the upper limit of the search and is not included. The Date To means "up to but not including this date."

For example, if you are wanting forms received May 1, 2018 to July 12, 2018, enter the Specific date range filters as:
  • Date From -- Enter 5/1/2018 because the date entered will be included in the search (i.e. "starting on 5/1/2018 and including this date").
  • Date To -- Enter 7/13/2018. The date entered is the upper limit of the search and is not included. In order to include 7/12/2018, the value needs to be changed so the desired end date will be part of the results (i.e. "up to 7/13/2018 but not including this date").

Steps to Duplicate

  1. In NetCommunity, navigate to Site Explorer > Forms
  2. Click on Data tab above left panel (after Samples)
  3. Under Form Data section, click on Export & Print (between Summary and Payments)
  4. Set the desired options
  5. For Form completed: filter, select Specific date range
  6. Enter a Date From and a Date To
  7. Click Export (or Print)
