Workaround: This issue only occurs if you've installed SP16 hot fix 1608 AND have performed a redeploy of the ETL. If you haven't yet deployed or installed this specific patch we recommend that you do not install or redeploy either at this time while we work to address the issue.
If you're an on premise client that has installed the patch and redeployed the ETL please see the following steps to resolve.
- Identify the CRM application installation folder that contains the corrupted (0 bytes) BBDW_CONFIGINFO.dtsx file. This is typically under: <CRM installation folder>\bbappfx\MSBuild\Datamarts\BBDW\SSIS.
- Replace the corrupted file with the attached file
- Redeploy the DataWarehouse/ETL by running the deployment tool
- (OPTIONAL) Check the SQL server folder where the ETL package have been deployed. Typically in a folder similar to this: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\120\DTS\Packages\BBETL\BBInfinity_SP12_RPT_BBDW. The BBDW_CONFIGINFO.dtsx should now have a size of about 35-36kb.
