Encounter the error when upgrading from 7.85 to 7.96
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Attached the 7.85 db using BMC to SQL2012.
2. Login to Raiser's Edge.
3. System changes prompt - click YES.
4. At a particular database revision, RE prompt to upload cards to BBPS, select No to truncate credit card.
5. At database revision Update ID: 305 Updating to version 7.96 - encounter error

***Error***  The conversion to version 7.96 has failed (Update ID:  305).  Please report the following error: 
General ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'TableFields$PrimaryKey'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.TableFields'. The duplicate key value is (7543).
