Transaction notifications are set up on each Online Express form setup on its Thank yous tab.

To specify Transaction notifications when creating a new form:
  1. When the setup process arrives on the Thank yous tab, locate the Receive email notifications for new... section.
  2. Enter the emails as desired. Separate multiple emails with a semicolon between them. (Note: Transaction notifications are different from system update notifications. System update recipients need to be added here to receive these too.)
  3. Click the Save & continue in the lower right proceed with the new form setup.

To add or edit Transaction notifications on an existing form:
  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge.
  2. Click on Online Express in the Raiser's Edge menu.
  3. After Online Express opens, click on the desired tab at the top (Donations, Events, or Memberships).
  4. In the forms section below, scroll to find the desired form.
  5. Click the Edit link to the right of the form name.
  6. When the form setup opens, click on the Thank yous tab.
  7. Locate the Receive email notifications for new... section.
  8. Update the emails as desired. Separate multiple emails with a semicolon between them. (Note: Transaction notifications are different from system update notifications. System update recipients need to be added here to receive these too.)
  9. Click Save and Close in the lower right.
