Opportunity Associated Revenue datalist is over counting line items on Pledges

Users have found that the Opportunity Associated Revenue datalist is over counting line items on Pledges.

This behavior occurs if an opportunity is added and the designation is changed on a 'Posted' pledge record.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.

Steps to Duplicate:
1. Navigate to the Posted Pledge record.
2. Edit the Posted Pledge.
