The root cause of this behavior is how the web browser is auto-filling the donor’s saved address, phone, and email information.
 
To resolve this behavior, users can move the Comments box below the Billing Address block on their donation form. To accomplish this, users can do the following:
  1. In The Raiser’s Edge database, navigate to the Online Express plugin
  2. Click on the Donations tab
  3. On the Donations tab, scroll to the form in question
  4. In the top right-hand corner of the form’s dashboard panel, click Edit
  5. In the form editor, click on the Looks & feel tab
  6. Under Where do you want to display the sections of your form? (Drag and drop to rearrange), drag and drop the Comments panel below the Billing Address panel
  7. Click Save & close
  8. Repeat Steps 2-7 for each donation form as needed
